Our fifth year as Full Time RV'ers begins in the Pacific NW. It took us a while to finally get out here. We were truly looking forward to the cool summer temps normally associated with this area. However, this became the year of repeated excessive heat domes.  But on a side note, I must say that the Oregon State Parks are exceptional! 

Right now, our plan is the be back in FL by Thanksgiving for the winter season. But we have learned to flow as the world around us shifts and changes.

Year 4
​August 2020 - July 2021

Our forth year as Full Time RV'ers starts in Virginia. We have family here, and the prices are reasonable. The pandemic forced us to play it safe and not move around as much in 2020, so we feel blessed to be in a place that allows for our needs to be met both materially and emotionally.

Business took to us to Houston for the winter, rather than Florida. So when spring came, we decided to head west. But as the summer brought extreme heat, we quickly headed to the Pacific NW coast, where the temps are cooler. This is our first time in Oregon and the Pacific Ocean in the RV.

                      Lovely state park along the river. Off the hwy, but feels remote. No sewer hookups.

                      Luxe resort, clean, many amenities. 
6/3/2021 Salt Lake City KOA Holiday - Salt Lake City, UT ***
                  The park itself is nice, but it's not in the best of neighborhoods. Close to the airport.

                      Cool state park in a canyon, full hookups, no cell service.

                     Small, but great location to see some more remote sites like Capital Reef.

                   Great family destination. A HUGE park. Crazy on Labor Day weekend.

                   Lovely campground, bay beach access.

                   Nice park near a city area. Great cell service, but a bit loud with the wood mill next door.

Year 3

Our third year as Full Time RV'ers starts in Taos, New Mexico. We'll head northeast to Virginia for the fall, and then to South Florida for the winter.

We began our second year as Full Time RV'ers at Custer State Park, in South Dakota, then continued to journey east. We enjoyed autumn in Virginia, before making our way to South Florida for the winter. Once again, we felt the call to head west in the spring. 14 States, 24 Campgrounds.

Year 1

We began our first year as Full Time RV'ers in South Florida, then headed north before circling back to Florida for the winter. In the spring, we headed out of Florida again, this time seeking adventure out west. We celebrated our 1 Year Nomadicversary in South Dakota. 17 States, 41 Campgrounds.
